We offer refunds should you have placed an order and the product/s are out of stock. In the unlikely event that your package is deemed missing by the courier we will replace and resend your package to you.

EXCHANGE

Due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept change of mind returns and refunds, however we will arrange for a new product to be sent out to you in the case that your item arrives defective or damaged. 

If item is damaged please send us a video within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue a new product to be sent to you within 1-5 business days. If you have any other concerns please contact us at admin@newskinpeels.co.za

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it once shipped.
